Anstruther Pleasure Cruises boat trips - Terms and conditions

General

Trip length: The duration of our trip is approximate only and depends on a number of factors including weather and sea conditions.

Weather/sea conditions: We reserve the right to cancel the boat trip without notice. This can be due to a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, changing weather and sea conditions, technical reasons, crew availability or lack of minimum passenger numbers. (minimum number 15). However if it is necessary to cancel a boat trip for any reason an alternative date or a full refund will be offered. We will attempt to advise passengers of any cancellations prior to the day of departure; however it is the passenger’s responsibility to contact us if there is any uncertainty about the weather to ensure the trip is going ahead as scheduled. As sea conditions can change rapidly landings at the Island are not guaranteed, however we make every effort to ensure we are fully aware of any forthcoming changes in the weather prior to sailing. The Skipper’s decision will be final.

Waterproof bags for camera equipment are also advisable. Any belongings brought on to the boat are the responsibility of the passenger and we cannot be held accountable for any breakages or lost/stolen items.
